Born in Gachantivá, Boyacá, Colombia, on May 4, 1936. Colonel retired graduate logistics management, expert in public administration, internal control, journalism, media and national security. He advanced specialization courses at St. Thomas University and several schools in the United Unidos.Como journalist, he has been a columnist for several newspapers and magazines of national and international-movement participated in the XXVIII World Congress of Poets in Acapulco Mexico in first and Third Congressional Hispanic Poetry in Tijuana Mexico and Los Angles United States, at the First International Congress of the Union of Writers Hispanomundial in Buenos Aires, Argentina, at the First World Meeting of Poets in Medellin Colombia, at the second meeting of poets world Santander in Bucaramanga Colombia, at the IX International Congress of Writers in Bogota.
His poems have been published in many magazines, forums, blogs and websites. He has written the following unpublished books: Colombian pride, critical reports on the Colombian political system.
